Residential Project – OGBA Housing Estate: 2001

Construction of 60 residences of 140 sq. m. and of 40 residences of 190 sq. m. in the vicinity of Benin City, Nigeria. This project, financed by public funds, is intended for the local market and the expatriates. The DC BUILDING SYSTEM was used to build the external and internal walls as well as the roof. The finish of the walls is in PVC. The PVC roof is painted with a protective paint in red colour. DC International also provided the doors and windows.

DC International realized the architectural plans and designated DESSAU-SOPRIN, a major engineering firm, and CANAM , an important steel manufacturing company, to realize the structural plans. The work begun in January 2004 under the supervision of DC International and will continue over the next few years. The work is estimated at 35 million US dollars and supplies from Canada are shipped through DC international.
