Technical School - 1998
Two-storey building including classrooms, a dining room, workshops and residences for foreign teachers. The DC BUILDING SYSTEM was used to build the external and internal walls. The finish of the walls is in PVC. DC International also provided the steel structure for the second floor, the wooden structure for the roof, the doors and windows.

Athena - 1998
Resort complex of 40 units located near Playa Naranjo in Costa Rica. These residences were bought by North Americans and are used as secondary residences. The DC BUILDING SYSTEM was used to build the external and internal walls as well as the roof. The finish of the walls is in PVC.
