Building includes 4 efficiency apartments spread over three storeys with a mezzanine. The DC BUILDING SYSTEM was used to build the external and the two-storey interior walls. The finish of the walls is in acrylic stucco.

Construction of a one-floor residence covering an area of 130 square metres. This residence is located near to the Cole Bay in the Dutch part of the Saint-Martin Island. The DC BUILDING SYSTEM was used to build the external and internal walls as well as the roof. The internal and external finishing of the walls and roof is in PVC.
